CAST STUFF

 

THIS WEEK

Everyone (all cast) is called to after school rehearsals this week until 6:00. My goal is to be able to cancel Friday at least. Please watch emails/texts for updates. I'll let you know by Wednesday.

 

Everyone needs to bring everything for their costumes (trolls need shirts/leggings or pants/shorts that are a dark neutral color - snow chorus needs white leggings and white tank top) ASAP and put in their costume bags to leave at school. Costumes do NOT need to go home unless they are being altered.

I'm sorry that signing up for meals has not been easy. If you have signed up previously for any remaining dates, please be so kind as to sign up on this form above. I think this will be much easier to keep track!

 

SHOW WEEK

Cast will stay after school Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday until **5:30pm. **NEW TIME**

 

Thursday we have two shows. The in-school show for our elementary school begins at 1:30. HS/MS students are called after lunch to report to the upper room dressing room. Honor Choir+5th graders are called at 12:30 to report to the conference room next to the elementary main office.

HS/MS students call time is 5:30pm to dressing rooms

Honor Choir+5th call time is 6:00pm to dressing rooms

Friday ONE show at 7pm (this is a change from original plan)

HS/MS students call time is 5:30pm to dressing rooms

Honor Choir+5th call time is 6:00pm to dressing rooms

 

Saturday TWO shows - 3pm and 7pm*

HS/MS call time 1:30

Honor Choir+5th call time 2:00

They will be served a light dinner around 4:30.

 

*We will strike the set after the Saturday night show. Each group of the cast will have assignments to complete before leaving. Those assignments will be communicated with you next week. Students cannot leave campus until they have checked out with a stage manager or Mrs. Churchwell/myself. This should not take more than 20 minutes.

 

Dressing Rooms

This has become a source of great excitement over the years! We set up professional dressing rooms for our cast and crew. On Thursday, April 15th from 8am-3pm, the following locations will be available for you to bring flowers/notes of encouragement/snacks to put at your child’s dressing table. 

 

MS/HS: Upper Room (includes Aidan, Eva, Grace & Jaxon) - everyone will have their own station/seat!

Honor Choir: Conference Room (next door to main office) - everyone will have their own station/seat!

QUARANTINE policy

Note: Rehearsals will ALL be in person. No one will be zooming in if sick or quarantine. Swings (understudies) will step in as needed.
